activity is usually highest when the home is first
listed and the price needs to be realistic. The most accurate

Market Analysis which can be performed by most full
service brokerage offices. Providing a Buyer with
a supportive price valuation is important to obtain
your asking price. An overpriced home may result in
financing problems if a buyer’s lender does
not obtain an appraisal supportive of the sales price.
