a home on Realtor.com (or any one of the many other "Marketing Channels"
where your home will also be listed) and then contact a real estate
agency to show them the property. The Buyer’s
Agent then reviews the home sale information on the
MLS, your commission offer, and if acceptable, contacts
you directly to schedule a home showing. You will
